Pet Policy:
- We welcome pets upon approval.
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
- Pets may be dogs or cats.
- A pet addendum, current animal picture, and vet records are required.
- Our pet policy does have some breed restrictions. Please contact the office for full details.
Pet Fees
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for your first pet, with an additional $100 pet fee for a second pet. The pet fee is non-refundable.
- There is a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet.
Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview.” We like to meet and get to know all our residents, even our four-footed ones! For further details on our pet policy, please contact our office staff.
